#AtoZChallenge - Perspectives: Zamzar

Okay, so the letter Z is hard.  I have no real views on zebras or zithers.  So, I'm going to simply tell you my favorite free, quick easy file conversion online app.  That would be Zamzar.  I've used it many times, always safely, always with quick results sent right to my email.  I have never found a file I wanted to convert I could not upload, nor a file type I wanted to convert it to, that Zamzar could not provide.  So, if you find yourself in need of file conversion, I recommend them.

This is not a paid endorsement nor a solicited review.  Simply it is my perspective.

Do you mind recommending products and programs you use and like to others without compensation?  Do you ever do honest reviews
for compensation?  Have you needed a file converted before?

  1. I don't even know what I'd convert a file for. But if I ever need to...

I never have a problem for Z. I just do a post about my shop. (Perhaps I should have named it something starting with the letter X...)

  4. Good tip. In my day job, I end up dealing with a lot of weird video file types. I'll keep this in my next time it happens.

  6. I haven't heard of Zamzar, but I'll remember it next time I need to convert a file that my computer can't read, or I need in a different format! I have no problem sharing good products and services online via my blog. I've sung the praises of Amazon.com more than once, they know how to make it work! I'm not so fond of paid advertisement posts, I've had friends that began to do that regularly and I felt like I was tuning into informercials instead of coming to read something of interest in relation to their lives. Congrats on a wonderful, insightful post series for the A to Z, it was fun to see how similar we think on many things! Isn't it a great feeling to hit "publish" when you finish writing for "Z"?! :-) I'll be hanging around to see what else you'll be sharing here in the future, then next year we'll be crazy enough to do it all again! XOXO

  8. I like a good tip. As soon as I figure out what a file conversion is, I'll try it.
My blog is mine. If I want to brag on something, I do. I don't have a problem with people making money selling something on their blog. But for me, it would be a slow, very slow rate of pay, so why bother.

  13. I haven't heard of zamzar before - thanks for the tip! I love to read - and reviewing books helps me remember what I read. So, it's a good fit for me to review books from publishers on my blog.

  14. I haven't heard of Zamzar, but I'm not sure I even fully understand the concept you're talking about. I have done quite a few reviews just because I wanted to.

    1. Zamzar converts documents, videos, etc. from one format to another. I suppose they are similar in that they both work to make information more useful to us.

Yes, the beginning of the Challenge is always pure excitement and the end is deep satisfaction.

  17. It should be noted that whilst ordering papers for sale at paper writing service, you can get unkind attitude. In case you feel that the bureau is trying to cheat you, don't buy term paper from it. News Stories
